Where does C&L Property Improvements work?
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates are free and done in person, and the scope comes back in writing. Request one here.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Does C&L work on commercial buildings?
C&L paints residential and commercial interiors and exteriors. See painting.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the work and the municipality — re-roofing needs a permit in Muskego but not in the City of Milwaukee for a one- or two-family home, for example. The permits guide explains the differences.
My home was built before 1978. What changes?
Wisconsin's lead-safe renovation rules apply to paid work that disturbs painted surfaces above small thresholds, and to any window replacement. See the lead-safe guide.
