C&L Property Improvements is owned by Leland Hagan and his son, Cameron Hagan. The company paints, roofs, sides and remodels homes across Waukesha, Milwaukee and Racine counties — each project, in its own words, managed with precision and passion.
One company across the trades a house actually needs
Most work on a house touches more than one trade. A new roof meets the siding at the flashing. New siding meets paint at the trim. A bathroom remodel ends with drywall, paint and flooring. C&L handles painting, roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors, drywall, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms — so when a job crosses from one trade to the next, it is planned in the right order by one company instead of passed between several.
C&L is family-owned and based in Muskego, in the corner of Waukesha County where it meets Milwaukee and Racine counties. Painting covers both residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.
Estimates are free and done in person, and the scope comes back in writing: what is being done, with what materials, and in what order. That is the document you can hold up against any other bid — and it is what Wisconsin’s home-improvement rules expect a contract to be built from anyway.
